1) You setup a new campaign and then send a test to Litmus or use CM's version of litmus :(
2) You then tweak and modify your code until your 100% happy after a few more tests (using litmus rather than via CM as its cheaper).
3) Confident, you then handover the assets to your clients marketing agency.]]></description>
